基于正交试验的复合钢管混凝土轴压柱影响参数分析

【摘要】 采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了外方内圆复合钢管混凝土轴压短柱的有限元模型,数值计算结果与相应的试验实测结果吻合较好.基于有限元数值模型和正交试验表的设计方法,设计了2水平7因子的正交试验表,以复合钢管混凝土试件的轴压承载力和单位长度工程造价的比值作为其力学性能影响参数的评价指标,根据正交试验结果的极差分析,确定了复合钢管混凝土评价指标诸因素的影响程度排列.通过对不同钢管壁厚和直径的分析,得到了极限承载力和荷载-应变关系曲线的变化规律,可为进一步的复合钢管混凝土结构分析和应用提供参考.

【Abstract】 Series of tested results of composite-sectioned concrete filled steel tube(CFST) stub columns are used to verify the nonlinear FEA models in this paper.The calculated axial bearing capacities and load-strain curves are proved to agree with the measured data well.Orthogonal experiment of composite-sectioned CFST stub columns with 2 levels and 7 factors is designed based on the FEA models and the orthogonal design method,with an evaluation target of the ratio of axial bearing capacity and per meter engineering cost.According to the range analysis of the results of orthogonal experiment,related factors are ranged by influence degree.Based on the analysis of calculated results with different wall thickness and diameter of circular steel tubes,the axial bearing capacities and load-displacement curves are analyzed,as can be referred in the further research and applications of composite-sectioned CFST structures.
