【Abstract】 The discussion of environmental factors effecting on the diet composition of Trilophysa brevviuda was discussed by using sample method and stomach content analysis. An analysis of rRNA gene ITS interval phylogenetic development on the abdominal tissue taken from Triplophysa brevicauda was conducted as well. The results showed that the experimental sample is belongs to the Trilophysa brevviuda and they mainly feed on the diatom and plant debris in the environmental habitat.更多还原
