分光光度法测定海水中缩二脲的含量

【摘要】 建立了测定海水中缩二脲含量的分光光度法。样品经碳酸钠、氢氧化钠过滤预处理后,在550nm波长处测定,测定相对标准偏差为0. 72%~2. 79%,相对误差为-0. 30%~0. 75%,标准曲线线性、精密度、准确度均良好,检出限2. 00 mg/L,定量限6. 00 mg/L,加标回收率95. 4%~100. 7%。该方法准确、可靠、抗干扰性好,可用于海水中缩二脲的测定,也可以用于异氰酸酯类海洋污染事故的应急监测。

【Abstract】 A method for determination of Biuret in seawater by spectrophotometry was established. Sample was preprocessed by sodium carbonate sodium hydroxide filtration. The wavelength was 550 nm. Relative standard deviation was 0. 72% ~ 2. 79%,and relative error was-0. 30 ~ 0. 75%. The linear precision accuracy of standard curves was good,detection limit was 2. 00 mg/L,quantitative limit was 6. 00 mg/L,and the recovery rate was 95. 4% ~ 100. 7%.The method is accurate,reliable and good at anti-jamming,which can be used for the determination of Biuret in seawater. And it can also be used for emergency monitoring of isocyanate marine pollution accidents.
