甘草酸酶催化水解单葡萄糖醛酸甘草次酸的反应溶剂研究
Selectionof catalytic enzymes for the reaction of GL to GAMG
【摘要】 甘草酸(GL)是甘草类中药材中的有效成分,将甘草酸转化为单葡萄糖酸甘草次酸(GAMG)可以提高其药物活性并降低生物毒性。离心切取新鲜猪肝脏匀浆中间段溶酶体作为酶催化剂,用胆碱基深共晶溶剂作为反应溶剂进行酶催化水解反应,用紫外-可见分光光度法对反应产物进行分析,比较了两种介质下的反应转化率。
【Abstract】 GL is an important medicinal ingredient in liquorices,Directional transformation of GL to GAMG can improve its drug activity and reduce its toxicity.The lysosome was separated from the pig liver homogenization by centrifuge and used as the enzyme catalyst in bile base deep eutectic solvent.The product was scanned by UV-VIS spectroscopy.The conversion rates in two conditions are compared.
