【Abstract】 The paper reviews and summarizes what an important role the Chinese government has played in fostering and developing the nuclear safety culture after the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan. In the light of the actual situation, the development and construction of the nuclear safety culture in the PLA Navy is explored on a preliminary basis. The paper attempts to present five key construction aspects of the current and future nuclear safety culture and put forward three specific recommendations for better development of navy nuclear safety culture.更多还原
