【摘要】 地面气象应急观测指气象观测站或当地发生地震、火灾、洪涝、雪灾、雷雨大风、地质灾害、环境污染、停电等突发事件时采取的紧急气象观测。建立健全应急气象观测流程和制度,在遇到突发事件时有章可循、有条不紊,可少出纰漏,减少错情。依据实际工作经验,结合基层气象站情况,设计了地面应急气象观测流程、地面应急气象观测演练制度、地面应急气象观测保障制度,这些流程与制度具有实用性和操作性强的特点,对基层气象站有借鉴意义,对业务管理部门有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ground emergency meteorological observation indicated that when earthquake,fire,flood,snow disaster,thunderstorms,geological hazards,environmental pollution,electricity and other emergencies took place,the local emergency meteorological observation was done.If unexpected events happened,everything would be in good order well arranged,and less error,by establishing ground emergency meteorological observation process and system.Based on the practical experience and the situation of local meteorological station,the ground emergency meteorological observation process,ground meteorological observation system of emergency drill and the ground emergency meteorological safeguard system were designed.These processes and system were practicable and maneuverable,which were meaning for the local meteorological station and the business management department.更多还原
