【摘要】 在"一带一路"建设深入推进背景下,边境地区在与沿线国家互联互通中的支点作用日益凸显,特别是其在农业合作过程中可发挥的重要作用。选取新疆吉木乃县作为典型案例,分析其开展农业合作的产业基础、发展优势、现状特点和存在的问题,从用好两种资源、强化政策创设、健全合作机制等方面探讨沿边地区参与"一带一路"农业合作的发展思路,并对吉木乃县未来发展路径进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the in-depth promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, border areas increasingly preformed their fulcrum effects on interconnecting with countries along the Belt and Road,especially on the cooperation in agriculture. In this paper, Jimunai county in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was chosen as a typical case, its industrial foundation, development advantages, characteristics and problems of agricultural cooperation were analyzed. The development ideas of areas along the border participating in the Belt and Road agricultural cooperation were explored from the aspects of using two kinds of resources, strengthening policy support and improving cooperation mechanism, and the future development path of Jimunai county was forecasted.更多还原
