【摘要】 城市防救灾空间系统规划是城市总体规划的重要专项内容。本文以地震灾害为例,从分析其发生过程时序出发,阐述城市区域可能出现的灾害及次生灾害现象、城市人群避灾动向及应采取的救灾行动类型,得出与灾害发生时序相对应的避难类型、避难空间需求类型、避难空间大小,以及与避灾相对应的城市用地类型。基于上述分析与结论,文章提出城市地震灾害防救灾空间系统的基本模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Planning of urban disaster prevention space system is the most important part of the urban master planning. In this paper, possible disaster and secondary disaster in urban area were mainly discussed, and then showed the type and size of urban disaster prevention space and urban land based on analysis results of the occurrence time sequence of earthquake disaster.
