枸杞中丙环唑残留量的气相色谱分析

【摘要】 为准确分析枸杞中丙环唑的残留量,建立用乙腈提取试样,石墨炭黑/氨基固相萃取柱净化,丙酮定容后,通过气相色谱仪-电子捕获检测器测定,采用面积外标法定量的检测方法。结果表明:采用气相色谱仪分析,丙环唑的特征峰为双峰,在空白枸杞中添加3个水平质量浓度的丙环唑标准溶液,添加回收率为93%~104%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~7.6%,采用3倍的信噪比计算方法检出限为6μg/kg,该方法快速准确,适用于枸杞中丙环唑残留量的测定。

【Abstract】 In order to accurately analyze the residual content of propiconazole in wolfberries, samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with graphite carbon black/amino-solid phase extraction column and determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detector, the data of this sample was analyzed with external standard method. The results showed that the characteristic peak of propiconazole was bimodal by gas chromatography analysis. Three standard concentrations of propiconazole were added to blank wolfberries with the recoveries of 93% ~ 104%, the RSDs of 2.6% ~ 7.6% and the detection limit of 6 μg/kg. The method is rapid and accurate for the determination of propiconazole residues in wolfberries.
