【Abstract】 This paper presents a theoretical method for calculating the particle and airborne bacteria concentration in biocleanrooms based on the non-uniform distribution theory. Because of its design data and procedures it can make particle and airborne bacteria concentration simultaneously meet the biocleanroom standard, and the recover time is suitable for the static condition and sometime for the dynamic condition in biocleanrooms.更多还原
