风机盘管材料消耗和生产能耗分析

【摘要】 对风机盘管的材料组成和生产能耗进行调查分析,结果表明,风机盘管中钢铁、铜材和铝材的质量含量分别为81.8%,10.4%和7.8%,风机盘管单位额定供冷量的综合生产能耗折合标准煤约为10~16 kg/kW。得到了风机盘管耗材系数和生产能耗的简化计算公式,为建筑空调方案全寿命周期能耗和环境影响评价分析提供了重要的基础数据。

【Abstract】 Investigates and analyses the material composition and energy consumption in producing process of fan coil units(FCU),the results show that the mass contents of steel,copper and aluminum for FCU are respectively 81.8%,10.4% and 7.8%,and the energy consumption in producing process per rated cooling power varies from 10 to 16 kg/kW.Obtains the reduced calculation formulas for the material consumption intensity and energy consumption of FCU,and supplies important basic data for life-cycle assessment of energy consumption and environmental impact of air conditioning systems in buildings.
