浅议引汉济渭几个关键技术问题

【摘要】 引汉济渭工程是陕西省政府在21世纪初叶重点推动建设的战略性水资源配置工程。工程难度大,影响因素多。工程建设必将面临一系列的科学技术难题,现从控制测量、深埋超长隧洞、水库枢纽、泵站与电站、水资源配置、工程调度、移民及经济风险七个方面对该工程的关键技术问题进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 The water transfer project from Hanjiang River to Weihe River is a strategic system on water resources allocation which is energetically promoted by Shaanxi government early in the 21st century.This project is influenced by many factors with the complex technical problem.A preliminary discussion was carried out according to the seven technical problems including controlling measurement,deep-buried long tunnel,reservoir hinge,pumping and power stations,water resources allocation,project scheduling,immigration and economic risks in the paper.
