在用柴油车排放治理改造方案设计及试验验证

【摘要】 2018年国务院印发《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》,对柴油车NOx排放提出了严格的要求。对于国III或国IV在用柴油车,其道路NOx排放往往显著高于目前已实施的国V标准,排放改造工作迫在眉睫。基于SCR技术的在用柴油车排放治理改造方案可实现此工程需求,在柴油机后处理系统中安装节流元件和NOx传感器等,实时测量柴油机排放的NOx质量流量,再依据合理的SCR控制策略向排气管内喷射添蓝,以达到NOx减排目标,此外添蓝控制器中还包含远程监控模块,可对整车NOx排放进行在线监测。通过柴油车道路试验,并分析在线监控数据,验证该改造方案可使在用柴油车NOx排放满足国V标准。

【Abstract】 In 2018, the State Council issued the "Three-Year Action Plan to Win the Blue Sky Defense War", which put forward strict requirements on NOx emissions for diesel vehicles. For national III or national IV diesel vehicles, the NOx emissions are often significantly higher than the currently national V standards, and the emission reduction work is imminent. The SCR technology-based diesel vehicle emission retrofit program can achieve this engineering requirement, install throttling components and NOx sensors in the diesel after-treatment system, measure the NOx mass flow of the diesel engine in real time, and then based on reasonable SCR control strategy Adblue is injected into the exhaust pipe to decrease NOx emission reduction. In addition, the Adblue controller also includes a remote module to monitor the NOx emissions of the vehicle all the time. By analyzing the monitoring data of the diesel vehicle at road test, the reconstruction strategy can make the NOx emission of the national III or IV diesel vehicle to meet the national V standard.
