【摘要】 基于郑州市金水区104个城中村村民的实地调研数据,运用二元Logistic模型,从个人和家庭特征、改革认知和组织信任3个方面对村民参与集体经济股份合作制改革意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。研究表明:村民对村集体经济进行股份合作制改革的认同度较高,但参与股份合作制经济管理的意愿并不高,其中受教育程度,就业情况、家庭年收入、是否提过建议,财务是否定期公开等5个变量对村民参与改革的意愿产生显著的影响。其中,受教育程度与村民参与改革意愿的影响呈U型变化;非农就业的比在农业就业的更支持改革;家庭年收入、是否提过建议,财务是否定期公开等3个方面的因素与改革意愿呈同方向变动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the field survey data of 104 urban villagers in Jinshui district,Zhengzhou city,the binary Logistic model was used to analyze the factors influencing villagers’ participation of the jointstock cooperative system reform from three aspects: personal and family characteristics,reform cognition and organizational trust. The results showed that,villagers’ have a higher identification of the joint-stock cooperative reform,but lower willingness to participate in the joint stock cooperative system of economic management. Among them,education level,career,annual household income,having made any suggestions or not and financial disclosure or not. Among them,the influence of education level and villagers’ willingness to participate in the reform shows a U-shaped change. Non-farming employment is more supportive of reform than agricultural employment. Factors such as family annual income,whether they have made suggestions,and financial disclosure regularly or not are changing in the same direction as their willingness to reform.更多还原
