【摘要】 为完善泌感合剂的质量标准,建立了泌感合剂中金钱草、半枝莲和白花蛇舌草3种组方药材的薄层色谱鉴别法,并用该方法对泌感合剂中的金钱草、半枝莲和白花蛇舌草进行了定性鉴别.实验结果表明,3种组方药材的薄层色谱图中,对照品、对照药材和供试品在相同位置处有相同颜色斑点,分离较好,阴性无干扰.薄层色谱鉴别法简单易行、重现性好、专属性强,可作为泌感合剂中金钱草、半枝莲和白花蛇舌草的定性鉴别方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a method for the identification of Lysimachiae Herba,Scutellariae Barbatae Herba and Hedyotis diffusa in Mi-gan Mixture.Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to separate the mixtures in the samples compared with the reference materials,the reference drugs.The thin layer chromatogram of the three herbal medicines showed that the components of the reference materials,the reference drugs and the samples were distinctively separated and had the same color spot at the same position respectively.Meanwhile, the negative control did not show interference.The results demonstrated that the method was simple,easy to repeat and had strong specificity,which could be used as a effective identification method for Lysimachiae Herba,Scutellariae Barbatae Herba and Hedyotis diffusa in Mi-gan Mixture.更多还原
