火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定治疗失眠的蒙药中微量元素含量

【摘要】 蒙药成药中含有大量的对人体有益的微量元素,经过原子吸收法测定和分析顺气安神丸及沉香安神散中的十种微量元素含量发现,其中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、K、Na的含量相对较高,而重金属Cu、Cr、Cd的含量几乎为零,加标回收率为97.60%~104.40%之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤0.67%,均在允许范围之内.利用原子吸收法测定药物中微量元素的含量,这种方法简单,准确度较高,结果有效,能够很方便的了解药物中微量元素的基本含量.

【Abstract】 Mongolian medicine contains many trace elements which are beneficial to the human body. The contents of ten trace elements in Shun Qi An Shen Pill and Chen Xiang An Shen Powder were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The content of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,K,Na was relatively high,but the content of heavy metals Cu,Cr,Cd was found to be almost nil. The recoveries of standard additions are between 97.60%~104.40%,relative standard deviation(RSD)≤0.67%,all within the range allowed. The determination of trace elements in drugs by atomic absorption spectrometry is simple,accurate and effective. It is convenient to utilize to understand the basic content of trace elements in drugs.
