【摘要】 急性胰腺炎(AP)是临床常见的急腹症,其发病机制复杂,临床经过凶险.目前临床运用蒙西医结合治疗方法治疗急性胰腺炎,能有效缓解临床症状,防止病情重症化,降低了手术率和病死率.笔者现就AP西医学、蒙医学发病机制及蒙医药治疗进展进行了综述,并在治疗等方面提出了一些建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute pancreatitis(AP)is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases. Its pathogenesis is complex and clinical course is dangerous. At present,the clinic applies integrated Mongolian and Western medicine to treat AP which can quickly recover patient’s clinical symptoms and prevent its severity thus reducing the need for surgery and preventing mortality. The author reviews pathogenesis of AP in Western and Mongolian medicine and the clinical treatment progress in Mongolian medicine,and puts forward some suggestions in terms of treatment.更多还原
