【摘要】 本文首先从互联网思维、物联网技术及创新环境治理方式的角度分析了智慧环保的内涵;其次分别从有效降低环保监测人力成本、有助于构建多元环境治理体系以及及时对有效信息进行甄别三个方面分析了智慧环保在城市环境治理中的必要性;最后提出通过建立分布式环境传感器和处置中心、建立在线办事平台以及改进城市环境治理理念,以建立城市环境治理的"智慧"方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly, the connotation of smart environmental protection is analyzed from the perspectives of Internet thinking, Internet of Things technology and innovative environmental governance. Secondly, it analyzes the necessity of smart environmental protection in urban environmental governance from three aspects:effectively reducing the labor cost of environmental monitoring, helping to build a multi-environmental governance system, and timely screening effective information.Finally, it proposes a "wisdom" plan to establish urban environmental governance by establishing distributed environmental sensors and disposal centers, establishing an online service platform, and improving urban environmental governance concepts.更多还原
