【Abstract】 With the urbanization process in the 21 st century, more and more urban-rural fringe and rural areas enjoy more convenience brought by scientific and technological life, and the quality of living environment has become the focus of attention of residents. Research shows that the quality of water environment determines the local economic quality and population base. The quality of water environment in rural areas determines the local economic benefits and population density.
