【摘要】 随着经济水平的不断提升,世界各国的环境问题也接踵而来。就目前世界各国的环境现状来看,大部分国家都深受环境破坏和环境污染的困扰。在这种情况之下,我国积极对环境问题进行探讨,力求进一步找出更好解决环境问题的办法,其中对环境进行战略环境评价和对相关的部分项目进行环境影响评价是当前我国在解决环境问题的两大重要举措。因此,本文主要从简析战略环境评价和项目环境影响评价的基本概念入手,紧接着分析战略环境评价和项目环境影响评价工作在我国得到广泛运用的原因,最后针对战略环境评价和项目影响评价工作在开展过程中遇到的难题提出相应的解决措施,以供相关人士参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the economic level continues to rise, environmental issues in various countries of the world are also coming. Judging from the current environmental situation in countries around the world, most countries are deeply plagued by environmental damage and environmental pollution. Under such circumstances, China actively explores environmental issues and seeks to further find ways to better solve environmental problems. Among them, the strategic environmental assessment of the environment and the environmental impact assessment of some related projects are two important measures for solving environmental problems in China. Therefore, this paper starts with a brief analysis of the basic concepts of strategic environmental assessment and project environmental impact assessment, and then analyzes the reasons why strategic environmental assessment and project environmental impact assessment workers are widely used in China, and finally targets strategic environmental assessment and project impact assessment.
