【Abstract】 The Yellow River Delta is one of China’s three iconic estuary deltas, with a wealth of natural resources and a superior geographical location. The Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve is located at the mouth of the Yellow River. It is mainly composed of wetland and is rich in flora and fauna. Starting from the environmental characteristics of the Yellow River Delta, this paper discusses in detail the ecological environment of the Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve, and studies the difficulties of wetland restoration in the Yellow River Delta from the causes of wetland degradation and the difficulty of environmental restoration.
