土壤中六价铬的消解与检测方法

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展,环境污染日益严重,尤其是工业污染中六价铬的污染排放,六价铬在土壤中不容易被吸附,且极易在土壤中沉淀并进入水体资源中,对土壤和水资源造成严重污染,给农业的种植和人们的居住环境造成了严重的伤害。三价铬在微量时对人体有益,而六价铬则具有强烈的毒性,可通过氧阴离子通道进入细胞,具有免疫毒性、神经毒性、生殖毒性、肾脏毒性及致癌性。所以通过对土壤中六价铬的测定,确定土壤中六价铬的含量,对于有效地治理六价铬污染具有重要的意义[1]。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, especially the pollution of hexavalent chromium in industrial pollution. Hexavalent chromium is not easily adsorbed in the soil, and it is easy to precipitate in the soil and enter the water resources. It causes serious pollution to soil and water resources, causing serious damage to agricultural cultivation and people’s living environment. Trivalent chromium is beneficial to humans in trace amounts, while hexavalent chromium is highly toxic and can enter cells through oxygen anion channels, which are immunotoxic, neurotoxic, reproductive, renal, and carcinogenic. Therefore, the determination of hexavalent chromium in the soil by measuring the hexavalent chromium in the soil is of great significance for the effective treatment of hexavalent chromium pollution [1].
