【Abstract】 Developing an effective public traffic system has become the best way to resolve the traffic problem in big cities.The service level of the transfer of public traffic hinge exerts a direct effect on the public traffic system.Therefore,appropriate and practical methods must be devised to appraise the service level of the said transfer.Many factors such as efficiency,safety and convenience are involved when evaluation of the transfer of public traffic hinge is to be carried out.These factors constitute a very complex system.Some of them can′t be analyzed quantitatively.Thus,the evaluation turns out to be a semi-qualitative and semi-quantitative question.In this paper,firstly,based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the evaluation index system is set up,the judging matrix is constructed and,then,the weights of different factors are given.Secondly,a fuzzy synthetical judgment model is brought forward and the process of the use of this model to evaluate the transfer of public traffic hinge is developed.Finally,an example is given for demonstration.Results show that it is simple and practical to evaluate the transfer of public traffic hinge by use of the method put forward in this paper.更多还原
