新时代优化青年科技人才成长环境的调研与思考——以中国水稻研究所为例

【摘要】 成长环境是青年科技人才发挥作用的关键因素,对充分调动青年科技人才的主动性、积极性和创新性起着极其重要的作用。文章以中国水稻研究所为例,总结了其优化青年科技人才成长环境的主要做法和取得的成效,探讨了青年科技人才成长环境中存在的工作生活压力大、创新创业激情不足、教育培训力度不够和有效激励措施缺乏等突出问题,并从引培机制、成长空间、评价机制和创新氛围等方面提出了进一步优化青年科技人才成长环境的建议。

【Abstract】 The growth environment plays an important role in the growth and fully mobilizing the initiative, enthusiasm and innovation of young scientific and technological talents. In this paper, taking Chinese National Rice Research Institute as an example, main measures and outcomes of optimizing the growth environment of young scientific and technological talents were summarized. The outstanding problems in the growth environment were pointed out, such as stressful work and life, lack of enthusiasm of innovation and entrepreneurship, insufficient education and training, and lack of effective incentives. Countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing the growth environment of young scientific and technological talents were proposed from such four aspects as mechanisms of the introduction and cultivation, growth space, the evaluation mechanism and innovation atmosphere.
