【摘要】 日本地震及其衍生灾害给日本的经济造成了巨大损失,由此产生的核灾害造成的影响更是波及了日本及其周边国家和地区,给农业生产和贸易造成了潜在的负面影响。文章分析了核物质泄露对日本农产品生产及贸易产生的影响,并深入剖析了日本核事故对我国相关农产品生产及贸易产生的影响,提出了我国应采取的主要应对措施及建议,如开展对日本核泄漏物质的监测与各项检测、合理规划国内农产品生产布局、加大对有关疫情的监测力度等,以进一步研究制定未来防御核泄漏污染的策略,确保我国农产品贸易的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan’s earthquake disaster and its derivatives had a tremendous impact to Japanese economy.Nuclear pollution derived from the earthquake also caused latent negative effect on agricultural production and trade in Japan and its neighboring countries.Effect of nuclear pollution on agricultural production and trade in Japan and China was analyzed in the paper.Main countermeasures we should adopt were suggested,such as carrying out monitor and detection of nuclear materials,making agricultural production plan and distribution properly,and strengthening determination of related epidemic.China should actively carry out relevant research and make future defense strategy to deal with nuclear pollution,so as to ensure the steady development of agricultural products trade in our country.更多还原
