【摘要】 农村环境治理离不开农村社会中的各类社会关系与社会资本,社会关系是农村环境治理的重要社会基础,也是当前开展农村环境治理必须要关注的社会事实。浙中陆家村利用广场舞趣缘群体的社会关系在村内带动妇女开展垃圾分类,并依据社会关系建立"党员+农户"的垃圾分类联系小组制度,还通过熟人社会的各类人情、面子等关系来维护垃圾分类机制的正常运行,建立了系统、有效的垃圾分类处理机制,且促进农民养成了自觉的分类行为。面对现代农村社会关系迅速变化的状况,开展农村环境治理需要修复与创造社会关系,使其能够与环境制度、行政管理、网络技术等有机结合起来,真正实现农村环境治理的现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural environmental governance is inseparable from various social relationship and social capital in rural society. Social relationship is an important foundation for rural environmental governance,which is a social fact that requires attention in the current context. Lujia Village in Zhejiang Province called on women to carry out garbage classification in the village by employing the social relationship of a square dancing group,and establish a " party member+ farmer" garbage classification contact group system based on the social relationship. It also maintains the normal operation of garbage classification mechanism through various human relations and face of acquaintances. A systematic and effective garbage classification mechanism is established and farmers are encouraged to develop conscious behaviors of garbage classification. In addition,facing the rapid changes of social relations in modern rural areas,the governance of rural environment also requires timely maintenance and creation of social relations,so that it can be organically integrated into environmental systems,administrative management,network technology,etc.,to achieve the modernization of rural environmental governance.更多还原
