牧草种子丸化包衣预混合实时控制系统的设计

【摘要】 针对牧草种子丸化设备存在自动化程度较低、丸化包衣品质较差等问题,设计了牧草种子丸化包衣预混合实时控制系统,可有效提高丸化包衣品质。该系统以单片机作为控制核心,集编程、传感器等技术于一体,可根据给定种子量实时配比粉料量和药液量,并同时在混料室内充分混合,实现了实时精确控制功能。以牧草种子丸化包衣为例,将预混合系统安装前后进行了对照试验,当包衣时间同为20min时,安装了预混合系统,其单籽率与丸化包衣合格率分别为92%、95%;而未安装预混合系统,其单籽率与丸化包衣合格率分别为83%、90%。试验结果表明:在粉料与药液进入包衣锅前进行预混合,可有效降低多籽率,提高单籽率和丸化包衣合格率。研究结果可为小粒牧草种子丸化包衣提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 There is a low degree of automation and poor quality of pellet coating for herbage seed pellets. The premixing real-time control system of herbage seed pelleted coating is designed,which can improve the quality of pellet coating.In this system,the embedded micro controller is used as the control core,and the technology of set programming and sensor is integrated. The amount of powder and the amount of liquid can be matched in real time according to the given seed quantity,and fully mixed in the mixing room. Meanwhile,the real-time and accurate control function is realized.Taking the granulation coating of herbage seed pills as an example,a controlled trial was carried out before and after the installation of the premixing system. When the coating time is 20 min,the premixing system was installed,and the qualified rate of single seed rate and pellet coating was 92% and 95%. However,without premixed system,the qualified rate of single seed rate and pelletizing coating was 83% and 90%. The results show that the mixture of powder and liquid before entering the coating pot can effectively reduce the multi seed rate,improve the single seed rate and the qualified rate of pellet coating. The results can provide reference for pelleted coating of small grained herbage seed.
