金属矿山铁尾砂无人值守发货业务系统研究与设计

【摘要】 现有矿山的产品发货业务中,铁尾砂的发货全流程均人机交互,业务环境差,情况复杂,存在一车多客户、一客户多车的情况,且过程数据不能及时上报、跟踪与分析,给管理带来困难。在分析当前人工发货业务的基础上,研究、设计无人值守的发货业务系统方案,在发货环境检测、发货控制、计量等环节应用物联网技术,能实现发货计划验证、发货控制、自动委托、信息上报与分析等功能。新的无人发货系统方案,改进了作业流程和效率,提升了信息化的管理水平。

【Abstract】 In the current mine product delivery business, the whole process of iron tailings delivery is manual interaction in poor environment and complex situation. The situation of wrong matching between customers and vehicles, and the delayed report, tracking and analysis of the process data bring difficulties to management. Based on the analysis of the current manual delivery business, this paper studies and designs the unattended delivery business system scheme. Using the IOT technologies in the aspects of delivery environment verification, delivery control and measurement, the new scheme can realize delivery plan verification, delivery control, automatic commissioning, information reporting and analysis. The new unmanned delivery system solution is proved to be able to improve the operation process, enhance the efficiency, and upgrade the management level of informatization.
