【摘要】 习近平生态文明思想的形成和发展是多源流合力作用的结果,其源起、演变和发展始终坚持逻辑与历史相统一、理论与实践相结合。以水生态治理为例,新中国成立前人们的思想主张以及新中国成立后历代共产党人的实践探索是习近平生态文明思想形成的历史源流;习近平基层治理的历练与经验是习近平生态文明思想形成的实践源流;党的十八大以来的系列论述则标志着习近平生态文明思想的正式形成并不断发展完善。以历史发展和时间顺序为经,以治水理念和实践方式为纬,以源流关系为视域,不难发现习近平生态文明思想与中国传统生态智慧以及中国共产党人的生态思想之间是流与源、源自流出的逻辑关系,习近平生态文明思想的形成和发展可以说是一个源远流长的过程。厘清习近平生态文明思想的"源"与"流",有助于进一步深化对习近平生态文明思想的整体性认识,进而更好地发挥其在我国生态文明建设中的纲领性作用,助力美丽中国建设,并为全球环境问题的解决贡献"中国智慧"。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formation and development of Xi Jinping s ecological civilization thought is the result of multiple sources, whose origin, evolution and development always adhere to the unity of logic and history,theory and practice. Take water ecological management as an example, peoples proposals before the founding of the Peoples Republic of China and the practice and exploration of generations of communists after that are the historical origin of Xi Jinping s ecological civilization thought. Xi Jinping s experience in grassroots governance is the practical source of his ecological civilization thought. His series of discussions since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC mark the formation and continuous improvement of his ecological civilization thought. Taking the historical development and the time order as the x-axis, the principle and practice of water control as the y-axis, the relationship of source and course as the horizon, we can find that Xis ecological civilization thought, Chinese traditional ecological wisdom and Chinese communists ecological thought have a logical relationship of source and course, origin and development. The formation and development of Xis ecological civilization thought is a process of long-term evolution. The study on the source and course of Xis ecological civilization thought is helpful to deepen peoples overall understanding of the thought. Then, the guiding role of the thought in Chinas ecological civilization development will be given full play.
