新型多层框排架结构工业厂房的耗能减震分析

【摘要】 为了提高新型多层框排架结构工业厂房的抗震性能,该文提出了一种适用于该结构的耗能减震连接装置,并研究了该结构的动态特性和地震作用响应。基于该减震连接装置的耗能特性,利用ANSYS有限元软件计算了新型多层框排架结构的周期、振型;并通过输入3条地震波分析了该结构体系在7度罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性反应。结果表明:与采用预埋件焊接的新型多层框排架结构相比,设置耗能减震连接装置的新型多层框排架结构在一、二、三层所产生的平均最大横向位移分别下降51.9%,19.3%,23.1%,平均最大剪力分别下降59.0%,71.6%,75.9%。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the aseismic performance of a new multi-layer frame-bent industrial building structure,the linking device for energy dissipation and earthquake mitigation is designed,and the structure dynamic behavior and the response under the earthquake are studied.Based on the dissipation characteristics of the device,structural natural vibration periods and vibration models are computed using the ANSYS saftware,and the elastic-plastic responses of the multi-layer frame-bent industrial building structure are analysed through the input of three seismic waves under the action of rarely occurring 7 degree earthquake.The results show that,compared with those of the structures with welding embeded steel pieces,the averages of the maximum transversal displacement decrease 51.9%,19.3% and 23.1% respectively,and the averages of the maximum shearing force decrease 59.0%,71.6%,75.9% respectively for the first,second and third storey of the structure with the linking device for energy dissipation and earthquake mitigation.
