纤维素酒精生产过程中水稻秸秆处理工艺的研究

【摘要】 水稻秸秆是一种纤维素含量高达40%且来源丰富的优质生物质原料,原料的水热处理是目前具有较强工业应用背景的生产纤维素酒精的关键技术之一。通过加入可生物降解的醋酸强化水热处理过程,考察了pH值、处理时间和处理温度对水稻秸秆水热处理的影响,并以后续的酶解收率为目标,确定适宜的水热处理条件。实验表明,醋酸可以有效提高半纤维素的脱除率和酶解收率;降低pH值、延长处理时间和升高温度可促进半纤维素脱除,但也会造成纤维素损失,影响酶解收率;当pH3.7,温度185℃,时间40 min时,酶解收率最高为76.67%,有利于后续发酵生产纤维素酒精。

【Abstract】 Rice straw is a kind of high-quality biomass material with the content of cellulose up to 40 %. Hydrothermal treatment of raw materials is one of the key technologies in the production of cellulose alcohol. In the experiment, biodegradable acetic acid was added in hydrothermal treatment, and the effects of pH values, treatment time and temperature on the hydrothermal treatment of rice straw were investigated. The optimum hydrothermal treatment conditions were determined by the subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis yield as the evaluating index as follows: temperature at 185℃, treatment time was 40 min and pH was 3.7(enzymatic hydrolysis yield up to 76.67 %). The experimental results suggested that the addition of acetic acid could effectively promote hemicellulose removal and increase the yield of enzymatic hydrolysis, and decreasing the pH, prolonging the treatment time and increasing the treatment temperature would promote the removal of hemicellulose and the loss of cellulose.
