臭氧耦合PAM预处理褐煤气化废水的影响因素研究

【摘要】 采用O3耦合聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)法对褐煤气化废水进行预处理,考察pH、反应温度、搅拌时间、PAM投加量等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:各因素对处理效果的影响由大到小的顺序为反应温度、pH、PAM投加量和搅拌时间。最佳酸沉条件为反应温度40℃左右,pH≈3,PAM投加量0. 5 mg/L,搅拌时间约1 min。反应后化学需氧量(COD)去除率为12. 7%,产生的沉渣量为0. 33 g/L,254 nm处吸光度去除率为56. 0%,410 nm处吸光度去除率为21. 4%。预处理有效地去除废水中含有的大分子不饱和有机物,能够为后续生化氧化处理提供良好条件。

【Abstract】 The effects of ozone and polyacrylamide( PAM) on the pretreatment of lignite gasification wastewater were investigated. The factors were pH,reaction temperature,stirring time and PAM dosage.Results showed that influence degree rank of treatment efficiency was reaction temperature,pH,PAM dosage and stirring time. The optimum conditions were 40 ℃,pH≈3,0. 5 mg/L PAM and 1 min stirring time. Results indicated that after pretreatment,the removal of chemical oxygen demand( COD) and sediment amount were 12. 7% and 0. 33 g/L,respectively. The removal of absorbance of 254 nm and 410 nm was 56. 0% and 21. 4%,respectively. After pretreatment,large molecular unsaturated organic substances were removed,and remaining wastewater were better for the subsequent biochemical oxidation treatment.
