【Abstract】 Under the ecological civilization construction strategy, the low-carbon economy has received extensive attention from all walks of life by virtue of its own advantages, and has also promoted the transformation of the industry. The emergence of low-carbon economy has brought great challenges to China’s hotel service industry. The management philosophy and model of the hotel are related to the survival and development of the hotel. If the hotel wants to improve its market competitiveness and ensure that it is not vulnerable in the market competition, it needs to actively adapt to the low-carbon economy background and change the hotel management model. This paper expounds the problems existing in the current hotel management and the significance of changing the hotel management mode, and discusses the hotel management mode based on the low carbon economy background.更多还原
