曲面响应法探讨牡蛎壳制备丙酸钙的工艺流程

【摘要】 以牡蛎壳为原料,从中制备丙酸钙,并对其进行工艺优化。以丙酸钙的产率为指标,在单因素的研究基础上通过曲面响应实验得到制备过程的最佳工艺条件:反应的回调p H为7~8,反应时间为91. 83 min,壳酸比为1. 08,液固比为15. 08,所得丙酸钙产率为88. 66%。通过实验得出其优点是:回收了废弃物变废为宝,有利于环境的保护。实验通过曲面响应法探究得出最佳工艺,其周期短,线性回归方程精确度高。通过考察反应时间、液固比、壳酸比3种因素对丙酸钙制备产率的直接影响,应用曲面响应法探究展示的结果更为直观。

【Abstract】 Using oyster shell as raw material to prepare in calcium propionate,the optimization process were carried out. With the yield of calcium propionate index which based on the study of single factor was obtained by response surface experiments the optimum process conditions of preparation. Response callback pH was 7 ~ 8; the reaction time was 91. 83 min,with the shell acid ratio of 1. 08; Liquid-solid ratio was 15. 08,and the calcium propionate was produced at a rate of 88. 66%. Through experiments,it was concluded that its advantage was waste recycling the waste resources,and conducived to the protection of the environment. Experiments using the response surface method to explore the best craft,the cycle was short,with the high precision linear regression equation. By the reaction time,liquid-solid ratio,shell than acid ratio of the three factors on the rate of calcium propionate from the direct impact,response surface method was applied to explore the results of showing more intuitive.
