高温煅烧对污泥焚烧飞灰重金属浸出特性影响研究

【摘要】 污泥焚烧飞灰经气流分级机分级后进行高温煅烧处理,采用硫酸硝酸法、TCLP、欧盟EN12457—3该3种不同浸出方法研究高温煅烧对不同粒径焚烧飞灰重金属浸出特性的影响,即从不同粒径飞灰的生长机制分析污泥焚烧飞灰物化特性,研究煅烧温度对飞灰煅烧灰渣重金属含量影响,比较不同浸出方法对飞灰煅烧灰渣重金属的浸出特性,探究煅烧对飞灰煅烧灰渣浸出特性的影响。结果表明:重金属Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn在高温煅烧残渣中均有一定程度的富集;3种浸出方法的浸出能力从高到低的次序为TCLP、EN12457—3、硫酸硝酸法。环境酸性越强,重金属浸出越多,则对环境危害越大;高温煅烧有利于重金属Cu和Zn的固定,其浸出特性在高温煅烧后均有所降低;高温煅烧残渣中重金属Cr的浸出率高于原样飞灰,在欧盟EN1245.7—3、TCLP的浸出方法中,浸出率比原样飞灰高达10倍左右。

【Abstract】 The sludge incineration fly ash was calcined after classification by gas flow classifier,the effects of high-temperature calcination on heavy metal leaching characteristics of incineration fly ash with different particle sizes were studied by three different leaching methods:sulfuric acid & nitric acid method,TCLP and EU EN12457-3,from growth mechanism of different size of fly ash,the physical and chemical properties of sludge incineration fly ash were analyzed,how the calcination temperature affected the heavy metal content of calcined ash was researched,the influences of different leaching methods on the leaching characteristics of heavy metal for calcined ash of fly ash were compared,how the calcination affected the leaching characteristics of fly ash calcined ash was discussed.The results show that the results showed that the heavy metals Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn all have a certain degree of enrichment in the high temperature calcination residues;the leaching ability of the three leaching methods in order are:TCLP>EN12457-3>sulfuric acid nitric acid method.Stronger the environmental acidity and the more the heavy metal leaching,the greater the damage is;the high temperature calcination is beneficial to the fixation of heavy metals Cu and Zn,and the leaching characteristics is reduced after calcination at high temperature;the leaching rate of heavy metal Cr in high temperature calcination residue is higher than that of the original fly ash,in the EU EN12457-3 and TCLP methods,the leaching rate is about10 times higher than that of the original fly ash.
