不同重油作为煤油共炼溶剂的成浆性研究

【摘要】 以高温煤焦油、催化裂化油浆、常压渣油为研究对象,研究3种重油与新疆低阶烟煤配制的油煤浆的成浆性,成浆性主要考察其流变性和稳定性,其中流变性主要研究输送过程和升温过程中黏度变化的影响因素及其主要影响因素,稳定性主要研究静止体系和湍动体系下上下两层的密度差。试验结果表明:在相同温度和煤浆浓度条件下,其黏度从高到低的次序依次为常压渣油体系的黏度、催化裂化油浆体系的黏度、高温煤焦油体系的黏度,但随着温度的升高,不同重油对油煤浆黏度的影响会逐渐减弱;在催化裂化油浆的油煤浆体系,温度在黏度变化过程中起决定性作用,而高温煤焦油为溶剂时,除了温度之外,溶胀作用也有重要的影响;高温煤焦油作为溶剂时,在升温过程中出现了黏度峰。在静止体系和湍动体系中,3种重油作为溶剂时其稳定性从高到低的次序依次为高温煤焦油、催化裂化油浆、常压渣油。

【Abstract】 The high temperature coal tar,FCC slurry and atmospheric residue were studied in this paper.We studied the slurry ability of oil-coal slurry which was respectively prepared by three kinds of heavy oil and Xinjiang low rank coal,the slurry ability mainly includes rheological characteristics and stability,the rheological property is mainly studied by the influencing factors of viscosity change in the process of transportation and temperature rise and the reasons.The stability mainly studies the density difference between the upper and lower layers in the static system and the turbulent system.The test results are as follows:the viscosity of atmospheric residue is greater than FCC slurry,and FCC slurry is greater than high temperature coal tar at the same temperature and coal slurry concentration.However,the influence of different heavy oil on the viscosity of oil-coal slurry will gradually decrease with the increase of temperature;temperature plays a decisive role in the viscosity change process when FCC slurry is used as coal-oil co-processing solvent,however,in addition to temperature,swelling effect also has an important impact on viscosity,and the viscosity peak appears during the heating process when high temperature coal tar is used as coal-oil co-processing solvent.In stationary and turbulent systems,the stability of high temperature coal tar is better than FCC slurry,and FCC slurry is better than atmospheric residue.
