【Abstract】 There were many earthquakes in China.Earthquake resistance and hazard mitigation were the basic national policy.Importance for identification and research of macroscopical abnormal phenomena of short-term imminent destructive earthquake was analyzed and discussed in this paper.Two distinct viewpoint and different predication means were concluded at present.Researching crustal stress law and exploratory idea of enforcing earthquake of effect prediction and forecast is given according to short and medium term,macroscopical,microcosmic abnormal phenomena,geological structures and geologic formation.更多还原
