特厚煤层上向分层充填开采顶板移动特征分析

【摘要】 系统分析了特厚煤层上向分层充填开采技术原理及开采工艺,分别建立了特厚煤层"单分层"和"多分层"开采顶板移动特征弹性地基梁模型,通过力学分析给出相应顶板挠曲线计算公式,并基于第一强度理论提出顶板失稳判断条件。根据公格营子煤矿具体条件进行计算,分析表明:单分层内一个开采循环顶板最大下沉86 mm,最大拉应力为0.77 MPa;随着分层的逐渐开采,煤层顶板的下沉值和内部拉应力逐渐增大,所有分层开采完毕后顶板岩层最大下沉值为549 mm,所受最大拉应力为2.25 MPa;开采过程中顶板没有发生破断,稳定性良好。工程实测印证了理论分析的结果。

【Abstract】 Through the systematic analysis of the upward slicing filling technology in extra thick coal seam,the special thick seam "single layered"and "multi-layered"elastic foundation beam model were built,which provides a judgment on the instability conditions of the roof under the calculation of roof deflection curve with corresponding mechanical analysis and the first roof strength theory. According to the specific conditions of Gonggeyingzi Coal Mine,the calculated results show that the maximum subsidence of the roof in single layered is 86 mm,and the maximum tensile stress is 0. 77 MPa. With the gradual mining of different layers,they both have an increase,and reach their maximum of 549 mm and 2. 25 MPa after all layers have been excavated. During the mining process,the roof has a good stability and the engineering test results are consistent with the calculation results.
