不同煤种在热解过程中氮的释放特性试验

【摘要】 试验研究了烟煤、贫煤及其混煤在管式炉热解过程中氮的析出特性,探讨了煤质特性、运行参数对氮析出特性的影响.试验结果表明:随煤化程度加深,氮的热解释放速率及最终释放百分比明显降低;加热速率越大,煤中氮的热解释放率越高;加热终温越高,氮的热解释放百分比越大;颗粒愈粗,氮的热解释放时间延长.混煤中氮的析出与单煤也有一定的相似性;随着混煤中含氮量的增加,热解过程中氮的析出率基本上保持线性增长.

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the nitrogen releasing from different coal pyrolyzing in the tube furnace were studied.The effects of operating parameters,coal property on the characteristics of the nitrogen releasing was also discussed.The test results show that the nitrogen releasing rate and ultimate yield decrease with increasing of coal rank.The bigger the heating rate is,the higher the nitrogen releasing yield in coal.The higher the ultimate temperature is,The bigger the nitrogen releasing percent.The bigger the grain is,the more length the nitrogen releasing time.The nitrogen releasing characteristics of blended coals like basically that of single coal.With increasing of the nitrogen proportion of blended coals,the nitrogen release proportion also increases linearly.
