地面与破壁注浆治理井壁破裂灾害的工程分析

【摘要】 对黄淮地区厚松散表土层覆盖区矿山竖井破裂的治理方法进行了讨论 ,分析了地面注浆与破壁注浆方法应用于井壁破裂治理工程中的基本工艺流程及其优缺点 .根据工程实例 ,对两种方法的实际效果开展了分析研究 ,证实了注浆法的良好效果 ;采用弹塑性轴对称力学模型和有限元数值计算方法分别对正常状态 (不注浆 )、破壁注浆和地面注浆 3种条件下的井壁纵向应力进行了模拟计算 ,从力学机理上指出破壁法的缺陷 ,提出地面法的可行性及其工程设计要点 .

【Abstract】 The engineering techniques mending shaft lining ruptures in coal mine area covered by thick overburden soils in Eastern China are introduced, and two grouting techniques (grouting from the surface and grouting through the shaftlining) are chiefly discussed on their technics flows and their advantages disadvantages. The fine effect of ground grouting is illustrated with a typical engineering practice. Shaft linings vertical stresses are numerically simulated respectively to the conditions of no grouting, ground grouting and lining grouting, with an axial symmetry mechanics FEM model. Suitability features of ground grouting and lining grouting can be concluded by the simulation.
