房柱采空区下回采工作面覆岩运动规律研究

【摘要】 基于西部矿区某矿浅埋煤层采空区下开采条件,应用KJ768微震监测系统,分析了采场覆岩破裂特征,探讨了房柱采空区下上覆岩层运动规律,进行了上覆岩层大范围沉降运动预测研究与实践。结果表明:随工作面推进,微震事件表现为动态发展特征,微震事件超前工作面200 m左右分布,采空区顶板及下部工作面顶板岩层都有微震事件分布,根据多次顶板运动情况,依据确定的微震预警指标,进行了房柱采空区下工作面覆岩层运动的预测研究与实践。基于该研究成果,该矿有针对性地采取了降低工作面推进速度、合理控制采高等措施,确保了工作面安全生产。

【Abstract】 Based on the mining conditions of a shallow depth seam under the goaf of ythe upper seam in a mine in West China mining area,a KJ768 microseismic monitoring and measuring system was applied to analyze the cracking features of the overburden strata above the coal mining face. The paper discussed the overburden strata movement law under the goaf of the room pillar mining. Analysis and practices was conducted on the prediction of the large scale subsidence movement of the overburden strata. The results showed that with the coal mining face pushing forward,the microseismic accident would have the dynamic development features,the microseismic accidents would be distributed at about 200 m in front of the coal mining face and there were microseismic accident distribution in the roof under the goaf of the upper steam and the roof strata above the coal mining face. Based on the multi roof movement conditions,according to the certain microseismic early warning index Analysis and practices was conducted on the prediction of the overburden strata movement above the coal mining face under the room pillar mining goaf in the upper seam. Based on the analysis achievements,the mine had made the measures to reduce the coal mining face forward speed,to rationally control the mining height and others to ensure the safety production of the coal mining face.
