大同矿区特厚煤层综采放顶煤技术

Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Technology for Ultra Thick Seam in Datong Mining Area

【摘要】 针对大同侏罗纪的坚硬顶板与坚硬煤层特殊条件,通过对预采顶分层处理坚硬顶板然后再综放开采下部煤层,在顶煤中布置工艺巷对顶煤和顶板实施弱化破碎控制技术等试验,研究了侏罗纪煤层硬煤冒放和顶板控制的理论技术,实现了"两硬"特厚煤层条件下的综采放顶煤的安全开采。同时,对于大同矿区石炭纪的煤层厚度大、结构复杂、受火成岩侵入等难题,采用高精度微地震监测系统和全景式数字钻孔电视等技术,初步掌握了顶煤与围岩的运移规律,开发了专有综放技术及装备。

【Abstract】 According to the special conditions of the hard roof and hard coal seam in Datong Jurassic Period,Datong Coal Mine Group o-vercame the theoretical and technical problems of the hard coal caving and roof control in the Jurassic Period seam and had a safety mining of the mechanized top coal caving mining in the hard coal and hard roof ultra thick seam with the pre-mining of the top slicing seam to treat the hard roof and later with the fully mechanized top coal caving mining to mine the low slicing seam,with a technical gateway set in the top coal to make the top coal and roof softening and breaking control and others.As for the high thick seam,the complicated struc-ture,the igneous rock intrusion and other difficulty in the Datong Carboniferous Period,the high accuracy micro seismic monitoring and measuring system and the full picture digital borehole TV and other technology was applied to master the migration law of the top coal and surrounding rock and develop the special technology and equipment of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining and the references to the ultra thick seam mining in the similar condition mining area.
