冲击地压实时监测预警技术及其应用

【摘要】 为了加强对强冲击危险工作面冲击地压的监测,根据覆岩运动理论提出了钻屑当量与煤体相对应力之间的关系,研制了属于中后期预警和局部预警的冲击地压在线实时监测系统。通过现场应用,结果表明:该系统能够动态监测不同孔深的煤体应力变化,能有效地对现场冲击危险状况进行实时在线监测和预警,使强冲击危险工作面及时采取防范措施和局部解危措施。实践证实冲击地压在线监测预警技术有助于强冲击危险工作面的安全开采。

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the monitoring and measuring of the pressure bump in the coal mining face with the high bumping danger,the relationship between the drilling cutting equivalent and the coal related stress was proposed based on the overburden strata movement theory and a pressure bump on-line monitoring system for the medium and later pre-warning and regional pre-warning was developed.The site application results showed that the system could have a dynamic monitoring and measuring to the coal stress variation in different borehole depth and could be effectively to have a real time on-line monitoring and pre-warning to the site pressure bump danger status.The system could provide the scientific basis to timely take the prevention measures and the regional danger releasing measures to the coal mining face with the high bump dangers for the safety mining.The practices showed that the on-line monitoring and pre-warning technology of the pressure bump would be favorable to the safety miming of the coal mining face with the high bump danger.
