锚网支护在综采工作面回撤通道中的应用

【摘要】 针对平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司一矿井下断层多、综采工作面搬家频繁的局面,在对锚网支护设计参数、施工工艺、安全措施等方面进行改进的基础上,采用锚网支护替代木梁支护支架回撤通道。实践证明,回撤通道采用锚网支护降低材料消耗10%,重开切眼工期缩短1/3,顶板管理的可靠性得到提高,达到了降耗、安全、快速的效果。

【Abstract】 According to the situations of many faults and the frequent jumping over of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining face occurred in No.1 Mine,Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Mining Corporation Limited,based on the improvement of the design parameters,construction technique,safety measures and others to the bolt and steel mesh support,the bolt and steel mesh support were successfully applied to replace the timber support in the powered support removing gateway.The practices showed that the removing gateway with bolt and steel mesh support could reduce the material consumption by 10%,the construction period of the new open-off cut for the face equipment relocation would be reduced by 1/3 and the reliability of the roof control could be improved with the benefits of the consumption reduction,safe and quick.
