综放工作面支架围岩关系相似材料模拟试验

【摘要】 为了解决开采中存在的矿山压力问题,采用相似材料模拟试验的研究方法,分析了塔山矿综放工作面顶板运动范围、规律以及支架受力情况。认为综放面直接顶和基本顶有上位和下位之分,上位直接顶和基本顶在运动过程能形成平衡结构;工作面顶板不同来压阶段,支架受力不同;试验结果得出了通过减小控顶距能够降低工作面支架压力,防止支架压死的途径为适当缩小控顶距,适当增加支架的可压缩量和提高支架的支撑能力。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the mine stratum pressure problems in the mining operation,the study method with the similar material simulation test was applied to analyze the roof movement scope and law as well as the loaded condition of the hydraulic powered support of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Tashan Mine.The paper held that there would be an upper level and low level difference in the immediate roof and the main roof of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.The immediate roof and the main roof in the upper level would form a balanced structure during the movement procedure.At the different pressurized stage of the roof in the coal mining face,the loading on the hydraulic powered supports would be different.The test results showed that with the roof control distance reduced,the pressure on the hydraulic powered supports in the coal mining face could be reduced.To rationally reduce the roof control distance,to rationally increase the yielding value of the supports and to improve the support capacity of the support would be the accesses to prevent the supports jammed.
