深部矿井煤与瓦斯突出预测敏感指标临界值研究
Study on Critical Value of Coal and Gas Outburst Prevention Prediction Sensitive Index in Deep Mine
【摘要】 淮南矿区深部矿井不同瓦斯地质单元在掘进过程中出现明显动力现象预兆,为了有效预测及防治深部矿井复杂地质条件下煤巷掘进过程中煤与瓦斯突出事故,采用了实验室分析和现场试验相结合的多种研究手段,获得了试验区不同地质条件下的敏感指标临界值,正常地质条件:S0=7kg/m,K10=0.7 mL/(g.min1/2);异常地质条件:S0=6 kg/m,K10=0.5 mL/(g.min1/2)。结果表明,确定的指标及其临界值合理有效,使得试验区月掘进速度由62 m提高到124 m,指导试验区安全掘进3 000 m。
【Abstract】 The different gas geological element in the deep mine of Huainan Mining Area had a foretaste of an obvious dynamic phenomenon in the seam gateway heading.In order to effectively predict and control the coal and gas outburst accident occurred in the seam gateway heading under the complicated geological conditions in the deep mine,several study means in combined with the lab analysis and the site test were applied.The sensitive index and its critical value under the different geological conditions in the test area were obtained from the study and the normal geological condition was: S0 = 7 kg/m,K10 = 0.7 mL/(g·min1/2).The abnormal condition was: S0=6 kg/m,K10=0.5 mL/(g·min1/2).The results showed that the determined index and its critical value were rational and effective,which had improved the month heading rate in the test area from 62 m to 124 m and had a safety heading of 3 000 m in the test area.
