南屯煤矿冲击地压防治技术研究与应用

【摘要】 通过对兖州煤业公司南屯煤矿发生冲击地压现象的现状、特点及影响因数分析,结合矿生产实际,提出并制定了适合本矿条件的冲击地压危险预测方法,如煤岩体冲击倾向鉴定、煤层压力-变形观测、数值计算、综合指数计算、煤粉钻孔、电测辐射监测等;解危措施是煤层注水、卸压爆破、钻孔卸压等;解危措施效果检验方法是电磁辐射法和钻屑法,从而建立了适合南屯煤矿冲击地压防治的安全开采体系。

【Abstract】 With the analysis on the status, features and influence factors of the bumping phenomenon occurred in Nantun Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mining Group and in combined with the mine actual production, the paper provided and set up the bumping danger prediction methods suitable to the mine conditions. The prediction methods included the certificate of coal and rock mass bumping in potential, seam pressure and deformation measurements, numerical calculation, comprehensive index calculation, coal dust borehole, electric measurement and radiation monitoring and measurement. The danger releasing methods included the in-seam water injection, pressure released blasting and pressure released borehole. The result inspection methods of the danger releasing measures were electric magnetic radiation method and drilling cuttings method. Therefore, all above methods established the safety mining system with the bumping prevention and control suitable to Nantun Mine.
