木锚杆控制综采面破碎顶板的机理及工程实践

【摘要】 为了有效控制综采工作面破碎顶板冒落,保证综采技术的高效实施,以平顶山煤业集团五矿己17-23130综采面的地质情况为条件,运用断裂力学和岩石力学的相关知识,分析了顶板破碎的原因和形式;根据木锚杆与煤体的共同作用模型,讨论了煤体的移动对木锚杆作用规律,阐述了木锚杆控制破碎顶板的机理;提出了木锚杆控制破碎顶板的技术方案,该方案工程实施效果达到了预期目标,经济效益明显,可在类似工作面推广应用。

【Abstract】 In order to effectively control the broken roof falling in the fully mechanized longwall mining face, to ensure the high effective practice the fully mechanized coal mining technology, taking the geological condition of the Ji 17-23130 fully mechanized longwall coal mining face in No.5 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group as the condition, the paper analyzed the cause and form of the roof broken with the related knowledge of the breaking mechanics and rock mechanics.According to the interaction model of the wooden bolt and coal mass, the paper discussed the coal mass movement to the action law of the wooden bolt and stated the mechanism of broken roof control with the wooden bolt.The paper provided the technical scheme of the broken roof control with the wooden bolt.A project implement results of the technical scheme had reached the predicted targets with obvious economic benefits.This technical scheme can been widely applied to the similar coal mining face.
