混合动力矿用车车架强度分析

【摘要】 利用Pro/E建立混合动力矿用自卸车的车架模型,进行适当地简化后导入到ANSYS Workbench中建立车架的有限元模型。对车架在满载弯扭复合、满载启动、转弯和紧急制动4种典型工况下进行强度分析,得出满载弯扭复合工况和制动工况应力值较大,最大应力529.13 MPa,最大应力基本发生在后安装架与纵梁连接处和横梁总成处,最大位移值3.18 mm。通过计算得出车架最大应力部位,发现车架的设计缺陷,为后期车架的优化提供依据。

【Abstract】 The frame model of the hybrid electric dump truck is established by Pro/E, and the finite element model of the frame is set up in the ANSYS Workbench after proper simplification. The full frame in the compound, full start, turning and emergency braking under four typical conditions were obtained with torsional strength analysis, condition and braking condition greater stress, the maximum stress of 529.13 MPa, the maximum stress occurs in the frame after installation and longitudinal joints and beam assembly, the maximum displacement value is 3.18 mm. By calculating the maximum stress position of the frame, the design defects of the frame are found, which provides the basis for the optimization of the later frame.
