基于AHP与DEA的煤矿突发事故应急物资运输评价

【摘要】 在阐述突发事故应急物资调配相关理论的基础上,针对单救援点单灾害点的煤矿突发事故应急物资运输问题进行研究。考虑到时间紧迫和救援点有限,通过AHP和DEA法建立煤矿突发事故应急物资的运输模型,AHP法确定各运输路径的综合重要度,DEA法得出这些路径的最优效率评价指数,计算出综合权重选择最优路径。然后通过实例进行分析,为煤矿应急物资的运输问题提供了参考依据,有利于更好地指导煤矿企业应对突发事件。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the emergency resource allocation theory, studies the problems of single depot single accident of coal mine emergency resource allocation. In the objective conditions of limited time and capacity, establishes coal mine emergency resource allocation model through AHP and DEA,determines the comprehensive important degree of each transport path by using AHP and evaluates optimal efficiency evaluation index of each path by adopting DEA, finally calculates the comprehensive weight for choosing the best path. Then analyzes an example of a coal mine, which provides a new research method for the coal mine emergency resources optimization allocation and a reference for material transportation for coal mine accident.
